TitleFormatter

Automatically cleans and formats scene titles. Can remove technical tags, performer names, normalizes quotes/dashes, replace patterns and applies configurable casing (e.g. title case). All rules are opt-in.

Settings

  • Run on all scenes (disable for only unorganized) boolean
  • Normalize all fancy quotes to clean " and ' boolean
  • Remove all double quotes (any style) boolean
  • Trim whitespace at start and end boolean
  • Collapse multiple spaces into one boolean
  • Remove punctuation at start and end boolean
  • Remove SxxEyy / Sx:Ey patterns boolean
  • Remove linked performer names (first and/or lastname) from title and also related binding words like "by", "from", "in" and much more. Skip removing if this causes an empty title. boolean
  • Regex for words to keep case unformatted string
  • Casing mode. Use either of these (TITLECASE, SENTENCECASE, UPPERCASE, LOWERCASE, CAMELCASE, KEBABCASE) or leave it empty for no change. string
  • Possessive base terms (comma-separated, e.g. foobar) to convert plural (foobars) into possessive (foobar's) string
  • Smart possessive: skip possessive actions when more than one performer is attached to avoid spelling errors boolean
  • Custom (regex) replace pairs as JSON, e.g. [["foo bar","foobar"],["foo-bar","foobar"]] or ["/foo[ -]bar/gi", "foobar"] string

TitleFormatter

Original titles must be preserved! Keep in mind changing scene titles on personal preferences disqualify the scenes for contributing to StashDB.
