How to install

Every plugin page has an Install box with ready-to-paste snippets. Here is what each one does.

1. Add source (Stash UI)

The standard way. In Stash go to Settings → Plugins → Available Plugins → Add Source, paste the name, source URL and local path we give you, then tick the plugin and click Install. Stash will then show updates for everything in that source.

2. GraphQL (fastest)

Stash has a built-in installPackages mutation. It takes a package id and its source URL, downloads the zip, checks its SHA-256 and installs it. No source setup needed. Open http://localhost:9999/playground, paste, press ▶:

mutation InstallPlugins {
  installPackages(
    type: Plugin
    packages: [
    { id: "skip-intro", sourceURL: "https://feederbox826.github.io/plugins/main/index.yml" }
    ]
  )
}

Required plugins (like CommunityScriptsUILibrary) are added to the snippet for you.

3. cURL

The same mutation from a terminal. If your Stash has a login, set your API key (Settings → Security) in the install box and it is added as an ApiKey header.

curl -X POST 'http://localhost:9999/graphql' \
  -H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
  --data '{"query":"mutation($p:[PackageSpecInput!]!){installPackages(type:Plugin,packages:$p)}","variables":{"p":[{"id":"skip-intro","sourceURL":"https://feederbox826.github.io/plugins/main/index.yml"}]}}'

4. config.yml

For headless or Docker setups, add sources under plugins.package_sources in config.yml and restart Stash. The Sources page has a snippet with every online source.

Install several at once

Tick the checkbox on any plugin cards, then press Install selected. You get one snippet for all of them, even across sources.

Where the data comes from

Once a day we read every index on the community source list (the same index.yml files Stash reads) and the git history of each plugin's folder for its author and dates. Plugins are third-party code: read the source before you install.

Missing a source? Add it to the forum list and it shows up here on the next refresh.
